One of Santa Fe’s most well-known resorts has hired a new executive chef. Tom Kerpon is now leading operations at the Las Fuentes Restaurant & Bar after more than a decade of head chef experience in Santa Fe restaurants. Kerpon had stints at the Inn of the Anasazi, Rio Chama and most recently at Tanti Luce 221. Kerpon also served on the board of directors for the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta for eight years, two of those as president. The cuisine at Las Fuentes is described as “Nuevo Ranchero,”…
