Council chiefs said 59% of takeaways, restaurants and shops scored five out of five in recent inspections, while a further 25% were graded four. A host of city restaurants scored top marks, including Cosmo, Nandos, Jimmy's World Grill, TFI Fridays and Pizza Express. And pubs recently rated five out of five include The Greyhound, Blue Jay, The Merlin, Pear Tree Inn, Vulcan Arms, The Hollybrook Tavern and Peacock Inn....
