Fox's “Kitchen Nightmares” kicks off Season 6 with a bang on Friday, with a return to one of the infamous restaurants on the show — Amy's Baking Company, whose owners had a social-media meltdown after they became the first restaurant owners that Gordon Ramsay ever walked out on.
In this exclusive video obtained by TheWrap, Amy explains — in rapid-fire, somewhat grating patter — why she doesn't use male chefs in her kitchen.

“I feel comfortable working with girls because my kitchen is so tiny. We bend over, we bump into each other,” she explains. “And male chefs, their ego is too big and it's too little, my kitchen, so they leave. I show them the door. And they don't have my standards, they can't clean like I do. It's like they're doing me a favor. This is how we work. I work meticulously because my customers deserve it.”
Way to ingratiate yourself to Gordon Ramsay — who, in case you hadn't noticed, is quite male — Amy.
