Diners at Applebee's restaurants in Atlanta will soon find something new on the table. Applebee’s said this week it will install a tablet at every table in its 1,860 restaurants across the United States, reports Slate. The devices can be used to to order food, pay the bill, and ignore their dining companions by playing video games. Slate adds that Chili’s unveiled basically the same plan three months ago.
