It turns out that selling packaged ice cubes to restaurants and bars, much less to eskimos, may not be the best idea. Coral Gables startup Elebev Holdings, also known as Tudor Ice, filed Chapter 7 liquidation on Dec. 22, signaling that its business plan and Kickstarter campaign have melted away. The company led by CEO Nestor Villalobos Jr. proposed selling packaged, purified and slow-melting ice cubes for high-end drinks for 50 cents each.
